Our client is an electrical switchboard manufacturer based in Perth, they are currently seeking an experienced and driven Workshop Supervisor to lead operations at their busy manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sheet metal workshop
- Allocate labour resources efficiently to meet project demands
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout production
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to workshop staff
- Liaise with management to ensure production targets and timelines are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CNC machinery operation is essential
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or workshop setting
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in switchboard manufacturing is highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
