Electricians (Wind Technicians) Required for Windfarm Construction (counts as regional work)

Our client is a complete mechanical and electrical solutions provider to the wind industry in Australia.
WIND TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE!
To fill these roles we are currently seeking:
Australian Licensed Electricians.
Overseas Trained Electricians (who are willing to work towards gaining Australian licensing).
ROSTER: 3:1 | 10-hour days | Mon–Sat
Accommodation provided!
Drive in Drive out of Brisbane or Sydney.
PAY & PERKS:
$43–$61/hr (based on experience)
$25/day travel allowance
$60/day LAFHA
Penalty rates on OT
Counts toward regional work
Visa sponsorship opportunities available for the right candidates
YOU’LL NEED:
✔ Windfarm experience (highly regarded but not essential)
✔ Own basic hand tools
✔ Vestas Level C or D (advantageous, not essential)
✔ A valid Australian work visa such as Working Holiday Visa holders, Australian Citizens or Permanent Australian Residents.
Applicants who have the following tickets or are willing to sign up with a provider to get these tickets will be given first preference. If you have or are willing to get these tickets please let us know as the employer will want to speak to you ASAP.

First Aid Module:
- HLTAID009 – Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
- UETDRMP010 – Perform First Aid in an ESI environment (Electrical Services Industry)
Fire Awareness Module
- CPPFES2005 – Demonstrate First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment
- PUAFER008 – Confine Small Emergencies in a Facility
As well as the above units of competencies within each module, the majority of applicants will also require:
Skill Shortage Solutions can arrange the course for you all with one provider over a 4 day period Monday to Thursday, in any Australian state.
Course cost is $2205 per person.
