Our client is expanding and looking for experienced electrical workers for several major commercial and residential construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Trade Assistants: $40–$45 per hour + super
- Provisionally Licensed Electricians: $47–$52 per hour + super
- Leading Hands: $55 per hour + super + time-served allowance, bonus structure, vehicle, phone & iPad
- Supervisors: $57.50 per hour + super + time-served allowance, bonus structure, vehicle, phone & iPad
- Project Managers: Attractive salary package + bonus structure, vehicle, phone & iPad
CURRENT PROJECTS
- 30-storey apartment development (~120 apartments)
- 7-storey apartment development (~140 apartments)
- 14-storey apartment development (~150 apartments)
- 7-storey apartment development (~78 apartments)
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Proven commercial and residential construction experience (high-rise & housing experience preferred)
- Strong first-fix wiring and second-fix fit-off skills
- Valid WA Electrical License / Provisional License / OTSR (or relevant TA experience)
- White Card & relevant PPE
- Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment
REGIONAL WORK & VISA HOLDERS
Regional work opportunities outside metropolitan Perth may also be available. These regional roles may assist eligible Working Holiday Visa holders (417/462) in fulfilling their 88-day specified work requirement (Note: Metro Perth projects do not qualify for 88 days).
EMPLOYMENT SPONSORSHIP PATHWAYS
Our client is an approved business sponsor with the Department of Home Affairs and considers TSS 482 visa sponsorship for suitably qualified overseas electricians demonstrating strong performance and commitment.
Candidates are generally evaluated for sponsorship after ~12–18 months of employment while progressing through the WA trade recognition and licensing process:
Experienced Leading Hands, Supervisors, and Project Managers may be considered for senior roles based on suitability.
